Taskwavefr SAS pays special attention to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the conditions under which your data is collected and processed on taskwavefr.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Data Protection Act).

We collect the data you provide via the registration form (name, email address), as well as navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) when you accept the corresponding cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to: (i) respond to your information request about the programme, (ii) send you information on the projects available in your region, (iii) measure website audience, (iv) meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the communication of information, and on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security and audience measurement.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is accessible to authorised teams of Taskwavefr SAS and our technical processors (OVHcloud hosting, France; European email routing tool). No data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention periods
Form data: 36 months from the last contact. Navigation data: 13 months maximum. Accounting and legal data: kept for the applicable statutory periods.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access control, logging, backups) to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
